Our goal is total customer satisfaction.
If you want to return an article purchased at www.malababa.com please fill in the "return-form" that was included in the parcel. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

Please Note - In order to process your return or exchange we request that:

- In the interests of hygiene pierced earrings cannot be returned if they have been worn

- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are going to keep them.

EXCHANGES

You will have to send the item back to us for a refund to be processed, and place a new order for the alternate item.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at web@malababa.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.

RETURNS

To return an online purchase, please follow these instructions:

Please bear in mind you have 7 days counting from the day that you receive the order.


How do I return an item?
1. Send an email to web@malababa.com and request a return letting us know the reason.


2. Items must be returned:
a) In its original state, together with any accessories related, and may not be used, washed or damaged.
b) With original tags.
c) In its original packaging.
d) Attach a copy of the invoice.


3. Send the item to the following address:

Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

SECURE/TRACKABLE DELIVERY - We recommend you send your return using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.


• How will I get my refund?
Once the refund is approved by Malababa you will then get the refund. Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer depending on what was the payment method used originally when placing the order.


• When will I receive my refund ?
Items must be in perfect condition. Once Malababa has aproved the refund you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been made. This should take 1-2 days once we receive the item back.Remember that the payment to the credit card always depends on your bank.


• What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
In case this hypothetically happens, please contact us: web@malababa.com. We will try to solve it as soon as possible.


In case Malababa mistakenly sent a different item than requested or that the quality of the article is not adequate, please contact us at web@malababa.com for the return or change. In this case, Malababa will assume the costs of both sending and return.


In case of special promotions, where shipping is free, the customer must bear the shipping costs for return.
