24kt gold plated sterling silver ring with natural stone inlay of Strawberry Quartz.Strawberry quartz is a rose quartz stone inlaid with minerals such as hematite, lepidocrocite or goethite. Relaxation and well-being properties are attributed to it.
These stones are very poorly polished and are irregularly cut with the aim of reflecting more accurately the irregular nature of their faces and vertices. Each crystal is unique, and being cut in such a natural way you can see veins, flaws or even bumps that are part of the stone. At Malababa we look for this irregularity as it makes each piece unique. Due to how natural and poorly polished these quartzes are, each size and shape is slightly different, but all of them measure around 16-17mm long and 7-10mm wide.
