SHIPMENTS
The applicable rates are:
Shipping to Spain (mainland) and Portugal is free on orders over €60. Orders below this amount have a shipping cost of €4.50.
Balearic Islands: €7.99
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra: €17.99
Shipping to EUROPE is free on orders over €250. 0 - 100€: shipping cost €10. 100 - 250: shipping cost €20
Shipping to UK has a shipping cost of £25 with no minimum order amount.
Shipping to USA costs between $25 and $60, depending on the weight of the product
Rest of the world: €60.
DELIVERY TIMES*
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with all the information so you can track it.
We prepare orders from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, once payment is confirmed. If we receive your order outside of this schedule or during a Sunday or holiday, we will arrange for it to be ready the next business day. Once your order is in the central warehouse, we ship it via express courier to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. Below are the delivery times:
National shipments:
- Spain (mainland): 1-3 working days.
- Balearic Islands: 2-5 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 7-10 working days.
Shipments to Europe: 3-5 working days
Shipments to USA: 5-7 working days
Shipments outside the European Community, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla: 10 to 13 working days. Please note that you will need to be aware of and take responsibility for any local customs duties.

WITHDRAWALS
Online
You may withdraw from your purchase within a 14-day period from the delivery date. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- Confirm your request — you will receive an automatic acknowledgment email with the date and time of your declaration.

Conditions

The items must be returned in their original condition, together with any related accessories and in their original packaging.

The items will be inspected by the Malababa team to assess their condition. If they are not found to be in suitable condition, the withdrawal request will not be accepted.

Returns of personalised or made-to-order products are not accepted.

Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it remains your responsibility. We recommend sending it by courier or registered mail and keeping the proof of shipment.
STORES
For purchases made in our physical stores:
- Since February 1, 2019, economic refunds will be processed through all our channels, both physical stores and online stores
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Also exchangeable for a voucher.
- The items must be in their original condition, along with any related accessories.
- Returned items will be reviewed by Malababa staff to assess their condition. If the assessment determines that the items are not in an adequate condition, we will contact you to communicate the situation and find the best solution.
- It is mandatory to present the purchase receipt, and in case of card payment, also the card receipt (proof of the transaction).
- The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
EXCHANGES
In Spain (mainland), the first exchange is free on orders over €60. For subsequent exchanges or on orders below €60, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
To assist with subsequent exchanges, or for orders below €60, we offer the option to manage your exchange for a cost of €5, payable via bank transfer. For more info, contact our customer service team [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +34 911 123 536.
If there is a price difference between the original item and the one requested for exchange, it will be managed through bank transfer or a payment link. To arrange this, contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +34 911 123 536.

In the case of special promotions where free shipping is offered, the customer must bear the cost of transport for the exchange, except for size exchanges (only in mainland).
For orders outside mainland Spain and international orders, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the order is wrong or defective.
All items will be inspected by Malababa staff to assess their condition. If it is determined that the items are not in proper condition, the exchange will not be accepted.
